Thibault Verbiest

Thibault Verbiest is an international lawyer specializing in the intersection of law, finance, and emerging technologies. With a forward-looking approach to legal practice, he has developed recognized expertise in areas where regulatory frameworks meet innovation, particularly in the fields of digital assets, fintech, and technological transformation.

He is an Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School in Paris, where he teaches and contributes to ongoing reflection on the evolving relationship between legal systems and technological progress. Alongside his academic work, he is the author of numerous publications, including both non-fiction works and two science fiction novels that explore the broader implications of innovation on society and human evolution.
